How we work
Design and build. Listen and learn. Give and take. Float ideas. And swim in the deep end. Be a partner and a guide. Act as a sounding board. Isolate, analyze, and solve a unique problem. All describe the experiences of those who work in FCAT. Our teams hail from across the globe, populated by smart, creative, curious individuals who embrace challenges, identify opportunities, and build innovative solutions.

Co-op & Intern Programs

FCAT is connected to over 100 colleges and universities as a part of an extensive internship and co-op program. Interns have an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to product development and applications. Co-op students are grouped into development teams and tasked with specific assignments and deadlines. Both student groups benefit from hands-on engagement across business, tech and design disciplines. Interested students should contact their college or university for more information regarding availability and eligibility requirements.

Co-operative
An immersive program that introduces students to our customer-obsessed environment and challenges them to design and build new capabilities and products.
Internship
An up-close business experience in which students join working groups to create, test and validate concepts and ideas in areas as diverse as research, user experience, system architecture, and prototype design.
